Ingredients

1cuplowfat milk,or almond or soy milk

½cupGreek yogurt,plain low fat

½cuppumpkin puree

1ripe banana,cut into chunks and frozen

1tbsphoney

1tsppumpkin pie spice

½tspground cinnamon

½tspvanilla extract

1cupice cubes

Preparation

Pulse the milk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, banana, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.

Add extra ice cubes if desired, serve, and enjoy!
