Ingredients

5lbscarrotspeeled and cut into ¾” coins

¼cupunsalted butter

½cupbrown sugarpacked

½tspcinnamon

½tspkosher salt

Preparation

Add the carrots, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt to the slow cooker.

Mix until well combined.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Garnish with additional brown sugar, serve, and enjoy!
