Ingredients
16ozfrozen petite corn
1½ tspgranulated sugar
¾tspsalt
Freshly ground black pepperto taste
⅔cupwhole milk
4tbspunsalted butterdiced into 1 pieces
8ozcream cheesediced into cubes
4slicesbacondiced and cooked
2tbspgreen onionchopped, optional
Preparation
Place corn in a slow cooker. Sprinkle in sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour in milk then scatter cream cheese and butter over corn. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 to 5 hours.
Stir the mixture well.
Sprinkle or stir in bacon and green onions. Serve warm.
