Ingredients

2lbchicken breast,boneless skinless

1onion,chopped

2clovesgarlic,minced

1tspdried oregano leaves

½tspsalt

½tsppepper

3tbspolive oil

1tbspred wine vinegar

½medium lemon juice

⅓cupwater

2cupsplain greek yogurt

1cucumber,finely grated

3clovesgarlic,minced

1tbspwhite wine vinegar

1tspdried dill weed

1tspdried oregano leaves

salt and pepper,to taste

½medium lemon juice

1tbspextra virgin olive oil

warm pita bread

red onion

red pepper

romaine lettuce

cucumber,diced

tomatoes,sliced

Preparation

Spay a slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the chicken to the slow cooker.

In a small bowl combine onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and water. Pour over chicken. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 4 to 6 hours.

In a medium bowl combine greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, white wine vinegar, dried dill week, dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste and add lemon juice and drizzle olive oil on top.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Prepare chicken on warm greek pita bread with desired veggies and sauce on top.
