Ingredients
2tbsplite soy sauce
2tbspketchup
2tbsphoney
3garlic clovesminced
6chicken thighsbone in, skin on
Preparation
Combine the soy sauce, ketchup, honey and garlic in the slow cooker until well mixed.
Lay the chicken skin side up in a single layer on top of the mixture.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Serve with rice or on its own, and enjoy!
