Ingredients

3 lb pork butt

1 onion, diced

½ cup ketchup

⅓ cup vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup tomato paste

1 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

salt and pepper, to season

6 pcs slider buns

Preparation

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except pork and buns.

Add in pork, cut into two pieces if needed.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred the pork using a fork.

Mix with sauce and serve buns toasted on the grill.
