Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
29ozpumpkin puree,(1 can)
1½cupsbrown sugar
1½cupswhite sugar
2tspground cinnamon
1tspground nutmeg
1tspground ginger
½tspground cloves
½tspvanilla extract
¼tspsalt
Preparation
Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
Mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until well incorporated. Transfer to the slow cooker.
Cook on Low, stirring occasionally, for about 3 hours until the pumpkin butter has thickened to desired consistency.
Serve over bread or desired desserts, and enjoy!
