2lbsRoast Beef(slow-cooked and thinly sliced)
4pcshoagie rolls
2tbspbutter
lettuce
tomatoessliced
2tbsphorseradishprepared
1tbspcider vinegar
¼cupmayonnaise
½cupsour cream
Preparation
In a small bowl add the prepared horseradish, cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mix well.
Butter the bread and put it into the toaster oven.
Spread the horseradish sauce onto the rolls.
Layer on the lettuce and tomatoes
Top with Roast Beef slices and enjoy.
