Ingredients
4lbsbeef chuck roastboneless
2oztaco seasoning
1onionhalved and sliced
1tspseasoned saltor more to taste
Preparation
Place the beef roast in the crock of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, then top with the onion slices.
Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours.
Move the beef to a cutting board, then shred with a pair of forks.
Return beef to the slow cooker, then season with seasoned salt.
Serve in tacos or burritos, and enjoy!
