Ingredients
¼cuphoney
1jalapenosliced thinly
1tspchili powder
1lime
½tspkosher salt
¼tspground black peppercoarse
5chicken thighsbone in and skin on
Preparation
Add all the spices together in a small bowl and whisk to create a honey-lime mixture.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker skin side up.
Pour over the honey-lime mixture and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours or high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
