Ingredients

3lbssweet potatoespeeled and cut into 2 inch chunks

½cupbuttermelted

½cupbrown sugardivided

¼cuporange juice

½tspkosher salt

1tspvanilla

½cuppecanschopped

Preparation

Toss the sweet potatoes with the butter, 1/2 of the brown sugar, Kosher salt, orange juice, and vanilla extract in the slow cooker.

Cook on High for 4 hours.

Use an immersion blender or mash to smooth the potatoes out.

Top with the rest of the brown sugar and pecans and serve.
