15ozkidney beans(1 can)
¼cuptomato paste
14oztomatoescanned, diced
½yellow onionchopped
3garliccloves, minced
4cupsvegetable broth
3tbspchili powder
1tbspground cumin
1½tspkosher salt
1tspcoriander
1tsppaprika
½tspground black pepper
¼tspCayenne pepper
parsleyoptional as a garnish
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker.
Stir and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
