Ingredients
4tbsplow fat cream cheeseor fat free
1tbspfresh dillfinely chopped
1garlic clovecrushed
1pizza basestore bought, prepared, or flour tortilla
1tbspgarlic olive oil
½red onionfinely sliced
½cuplight mozzarella cheesereduced fat, grated
.22lbsmoked salmon
½avocadosliced thinly
a handful fresh baby rocketor arugula
lemon pepper
½cuplight mozzarella cheeseextra, reduced fat, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese with the dill and the crushed garlic. Mix well.
Drizzle the olive oil onto the pizza base and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Top with the onion rings and the mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted through.
Remove from the oven; top with the salmon slices, avocado slices and rocket or arugula leaves. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and serve, or top with extra cheese and place back into the oven to warm the avocado and salmon through.
