Ingredients

8ozcream cheesesoftened

½cupsour cream

salt and pepperto taste

1tsplemon zest

1tbspfresh dillchopped, plus more for garnish

2tbspfresh chiveschopped, plus more for garnish

6ozsmoked salmoncoarsely chopped, plus one slice for garnish

Preparation

Place the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, lemon zest, dill and chives in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Add the smoked salmon to the bowl, then gently fold until incorporated.

Garnish with a rolled up salmon slice similar to a rose, chopped dill, and chives.

Serve with chips, and enjoy!
