Ingredients

1 1⁄2 fl oz mango puree, (or mango juice)

2 fl oz vodka

1⁄2 fl oz Cointreau, or triple sec

1⁄2 fl oz lime juice

1 tsp simple syrup

Preparation

Place granulated sugar in a single layer on a plate. Cut a notch in a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glass to wet it.

Roll the rim in the sugar until evenly coated.

Place the mango puree, vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Add a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared martini glass.
