Ingredients

⅔cupwhite sugar

½tspsalt

1cupdark corn syrup

⅓cuppeanut butter,creamy

3eggs

1cuppeanuts,salted

1pie crust,unbaked, 9 inches

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, corn syrup, peanut butter, and eggs with electric mixer. Stir in peanuts by hand.

Pour filling into pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
