Ingredients

1 qt apples

1 ½ cup vinegar

1 tsp whole cloves

1 ½ cup cranberries

1 tsp cinnamon stick

Preparation

Tie spices in cheesecloth.

Cook all together, drain through a jelly bag.

Measure juice.

Boil 20 minutes.

Add equal amount of heated sugar and cook 5 minutes.

Skim. Pour into sterilized jars.

Seal with paraffin.
