Ingredients
2ozvodka
¾cupClamato juice
2dashesWorcestershire sauce
1dashtabasco
½tsphorseradishoptional
1celery stalk
1pickled asparagusoptional
celery saltfor the rim of the glass, optional
ice cubes
Preparation
Rub edge of a glass with lime wedges. Dip in celery salt and set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all remaining ingredients (except garnish). Shake well at least 30 seconds.
Fill the prepared glass with ice and strain mixture into the glass.
Garnish with celery and pickled asparagus.
