Ingredients

¾cupcashew milk,or milk of choice

1largebanana,frozen

1tbspdark chocolate chips

2tspcocoa powder

¼tspcinnamon,ground

dashcayenne pepper,omit if sensitive to spice

½tspmaple syrup,or honey, optional sweetener

Preparation

In a blender, combine the milk, banana, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cayenne, then blend. Don’t worry if the chocolate chips are still a little chunky.

Taste, and add sweetener if necessary.
