Ingredients

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 avocado, diced

1 large tomato, chopped and de-seeded

1 garlic clove, minced

12 oz corn

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Cover and chill for 2 hours to let the flavors blend. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
