Ingredients

10ozfeta

2mediumroasted red peppers

2tbspolive oil

1tbspred wine vinegar

1smallclove garlic

¼tspred pepper flakescrushed, or more, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl, and top with your desired garnishes.  Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
