Ingredients
⅓cuptomatoes,sun-dried
1garlic clove
½tspred pepper,crushed
½tspparsley,dried
½tspbasil,dried
¼tspchili powder
1dashsalt
1dashpepper
8ozcream cheese,softened, 1 package
6½ozclams,minced, drained, 1 can
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, puree the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic until smooth.
Blend in the red pepper, parsley, basil, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon in the cream cheese and clams then continue to blend until smooth.
Transfer the spread to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
