Ingredients
15ozchickpeas,(1 can), drained, juice reserved
4cupsfresh spinach,loosely packed
½cupartichoke hearts
2tbsptahini
2tbsplemon juice
2tbspolive oil
2clovesgarlic,peeled and smashed
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
If you desire a thinner consistency, add in a few extra tablespoons of the reserved chickpea juice.
