Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
1tspsalt
2mlbaking powder
1tbspcinnamon
1tspnutmeg
2eggs
½cupvegetable oil
½cupvanilla almond milk,unsweetened, or regular milk
¾cupGreek yogurt,plain
¾cupwhite sugar
3tspvanilla extract
2tspalmond extract
1½cupsstrawberry,chopped
1cupchocolate chips
Preparation
Sift and combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl.
Beat the eggs, oil, vanilla, almond extract, Greek yogurt, and almond milk together in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients little by little to the creamed mixture, and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and strawberries.
Grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin and fill with batter.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until the tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool pan on a rack before removing.
