Ingredients
1lbshrimpmedium, peeled and deveined
¼cupbuttermelted and cooled
2tbspolive oil
1tspparsley
3clovesgarlicminced
1tsphoney
1tbsplemon zest
3tbspSriracha
cilantro for garnish
Preparation
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Marinate 30 minutes.
Thread shrimp on skewers. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Grill shrimp 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.
