Ingredients

1cuplong grain rice,not instant

14ozFrench onion soup,(1 can)

14ozbeef broth,(1 can)

½cupbutter,sliced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

In an 8×8-inch or 2-quart dish, add the rice, French onion soup, beef broth, and butter.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for 30 more minutes.

Remove from the oven, fluff with a fork, and serve.
