Ingredients
1boxstrawberry cake mix
1egg
1tbspoil
1cupstrawberries,(about 12 smallish), sliced
2bananas,(with 1 tbsp milk blended or mashed together)
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, sift cake mix. Make a well in the center and add the other ingredients. Stir just until combined.
Grease a 9×12-inch pan and evenly pour mix in. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Allow to cool completely, then frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired. Add fresh strawberries for garnish. Slice into squares and serve.
