Ingredients
6medium pancakes
1lbstrawberries,sliced
½cupheavy cream
1tbsppowdered sugar
48M&Ms
12chocolate chips
Preparation
With a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar together for 2 to 3 minutes.
Put into a piping bag with a star tip.
Put the pancake onto the plate and pipe small amounts in the shape of the Santa beard.
Pipe small stars onto the top of the head.
Align strawberries into a triangle on top of the head.
Pipe a small amount on top of the strawberry triangle as the top of the hat.
Add 7 M&Ms in the shape of a smile.
Add one as the nose.
Add two chocolate chips, point down as the eyes.
