Ingredients
1pizza dough roll
marinara sauce,or pizza sauce
2tbspparmesan cheese,grated
1tbspolive oil,or melted butter
½tspgarlic powder
1tspdried Italian seasoning
mozzarella,or Italian blend cheese
ham
pineapple
pepperoni
sausage
green peppers,or onions, chopped
Preparation
Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package, usually at 400 degrees F.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly-floured surface.
Pat or roll the dough to at least 12 x 8-inch.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into 24 squares.
Place cheese and desired toppings on each square.
Carefully lift up each square, then wrap the dough around the toppings.
Pinch to make sure each ball is sealed shut, then then place a bite seam-side-down in a lightly sprayed pie pan.
Brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil, then sprinkle with the garlic and Italian seasoning. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Place the pan in the oven, then cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the dough is slightly golden.
Serve warm with warmed marinara sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy!
