Ingredients
3tbspcider vinegar
3tbspolive oil
½tspdried rosemary leaves
¼tspdried thyme leaves
¼tspsalt
¼tsppepper
2slicesred onion
4Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Original
6cupsromaine lettuce,torn
1ozblue cheese,crumbled
2tbspwalnuts,chopped
Preparation
Combine the vinegar, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well.
Brush the onion on both sides with some vinegar mixture. Grill the onion and frozen burgers over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill.
Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Cut the burgers into strips. Separate onion into rings.
Place the burgers and onion on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.
Shake vinegar mixture. Drizzle over salads.
Serve and enjoy!
