Ingredients

1cupapple juice

½cupsun-dried tomatoes,oil-packed

¼cupbrown sugar

¼cupcider vinegar

1pinchground cloves

1pinchground ginger

1pinchcayenne

½yellow onion

1clovegarlic

salt

Preparation

Combine the apple juice, tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves, ginger, cayenne, onion, and garlic in a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan.

Season with salt and simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until very thick and slightly darkened.

Serve on hot dogs, hamburgers, and sausages. Enjoy!
