Ingredients

1cupoatmealused old-fashioned oats, dry

⅔cupcoconut flakestoasted

⅔cupBlue Diamond Roasted Salted Almondsroughly-chopped 

½cupalmond butter

½cupflax seedground

⅓cuphoneyor agave nectar

1tspvanilla extractstore-bought or homemade

¼tspsea salt

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Makes about 20-25 balls.
