Ingredients
2lbsmeatballs,frozen
2lbslean ground beef
½small onion,ery finely diced
½cupbread crumbs
2eggs
1tsppepper
1½cupsketchup
¾cupgrape jelly
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all meatball ingredients just until combined. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until preserves/jelly melts.
Allow boiling for 1 minute. Toss with meatballs and allow to simmer on Low for 10 to 15 minutes.
