Ingredients
24ozchicken drumsticks,(8 skinless), with bone
½tspgarlic salt
½tspground ginger
2tbspsoy sauce,reduced, or Tamari
2tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspsriracha
3tbspsweet red chili sauce
1tbspraw honey
2tspSriracha,or more as desired
chives,chopped, optional garnish
Preparation
Season the drumsticks with garlic salt and ground ginger. Place in a large zip lock bag or container and add the soy sauce, vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sriracha.
Marinate overnight.
Preheat the grill.
In a small bowl, mix the chili sauce, honey and sriracha, then set aside.
Grill the drumsticks on a rack lightly coating with cooking spray over medium heat for about 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so, until the chicken is cooked through.
Brush the chili sauce mixture over the drumsticks on all sides and remove from the grill.
Finish with chopped chives, serve, and enjoy!
