Ingredients
2medium sweet potatoes,sliced into ¼-inch rounds
1tbspolive oil
8ozbrie cheese,(1 round), cut into 1-inch chunks
1pkgGrimm’s Fine Foods Sausage Bites,such as Mennonite Style Farmer Sausage Bites
¼cupdried cranberries
¼cuppecans
2tbspfresh rosemary,chopped
honey,for drizzling
Preparation
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Toss the sweet potato rounds with olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Top sweet potato rounds with a slice of Brie. Slice Grimm’s Sausage Bites and add 3 to 4 pieces to each sweet potato round.
Garnish with cranberries, chopped pecans, and fresh rosemary. Apply a drizzle of honey to each round.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
