Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp reduced-fat milk
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
Preparation
In a plastic container with a lid or a mason jar, combine oats, milk, honey, and cinnamon.
Mix well and cover.
Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Serve with any topping of choice, such as fruits or nuts.
