Ingredients
1cupbutter,softened
2cupsall purpose flour,sifted
½cupfructose,(fruit sugar)
Preparation
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add 1¾ cups of flour gradually, reserving the remaining flour for the pastry board.
Turn the dough out on the board and gradually work in the remaining flour, if necessary. Roll the dough to ⅓ or ½-inch thickness, then cut with a cookie cutter.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
