Ingredients
6baking potatoes,medium size
1tbspolive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash potatoes and poke each with a fork a few times.
Place in a slow cooker (no water required) and cook on High for 2 ½ to 3 hours or Low for 6 to 8 hours or until fork-tender.
For a crispier skin, potatoes can be grilled or broiled for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with sour cream, bacon bits, chives, or other preferred toppings.
