Ingredients
½ozcrème de cassis
1ozcognac,or brandy
1ozcranberry juice
1ozsparkling wine
orange peel,for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the crème de cassis, cognac, and cranberry juice. Shake for 20 seconds then strain into a coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy!
