Ingredients
3¼ozwhole wheat Italian bread,or french bread
1ozfresh mozzarella,thinly sliced
1ozred peppers,roasted
3slicesripe tomato
3basil leaves
¼tspextra virgin olive oil
1tspbalsamic vinegar
salt and freshly cracked pepper,to taste
Preparation
Cut bread in half horizontally, layer ingredients on the bread, drizzle olive oil and vinegar and finish with salt and pepper.
