Ingredients
5cupstomatoes,cut into 1-inch pieces
1cupbocconcini mozzarella balls
¼cupred onion,thinly sliced
⅓cupsmall basil leaves
¼cupolive oil
1½tbspred wine vinegar
¼tspsugar
¼tspdried oregano,dried
¼tspgarlic,fresh, minced
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Place the tomatoes, mozzarella balls, red onion, and basil in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, oregano, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture, then gently toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
