Ingredients
1cupwhite sugar
½cupbrown sugar
½cupbutter,softened
½cupvegetable shortening
2eggs,room temperature
1tspvanilla extract
½tspalmond extract
2cupsflour
⅔cupcocoa powder
1tspbaking soda
⅛tspsalt
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1cupmilk chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Cream together the butter, shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a bowl until fluffy.
Mix in the flour mixture, then stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop 1 tablespoon per cookie onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
Serve warm with milk, and enjoy!
