Ingredients
20king prawns,washed and prepared
2tspgarlic,minced
½lemon,squeezed
1tspgarlic olive oil
1tspbrown sugar,adjust to taste
1tspred chilli flakes
sea salt,to season
4skewers
Preparation
Soak skewers for 30 minutes. Thread prawns onto skewers and combine all marinade ingredients together.
Marinate prawns for 2 hours or over night for a deeper flavour.
Pan fry prawns on medium-high heat until cooked to desired level of doneness.
Serve with lemon wedges and steamed greens or a salad!
