Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 15-oz. can whole kernel corn
1 15-oz. can of cream corn
1 8.5-oz. pkg. of corn bread mix
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the mixture into a greased (or sprayed) 3-qt. casserole dish.
Bake the mixture in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To check if your casserole is baked enough, ensure that a knife inserted in the middle of the dish comes out clean.
Once your casserole is done baking, serve it and enjoy!
