Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth
1 qt tomato juice
1 cup potatoes, cubed
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup peas
1 cup green beans
1 cup corn
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until all vegetables are tender.
Serve with whole wheat bread.
