Ingredients

15ozchickpeas,(2 cans), drained and rinsed

¾cupwater

1oztaco seasoning mix,(1 package), like Taco Bell®

8taco shells

Preparation

Place the chickpeas in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and taco seasoning.

Cook and stir until thoroughly heated for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from heat, then mash the mixture to crush the chickpeas.

Divide chickpea filling evenly among taco shells. Serve, and enjoy!
