Ingredients
4hearty whole grain bread
⅓cuphummus
2havarti or provolone cheese
1cupspinach
½cupcarrotspeeled and grated
1cupcucumberpeeled
1cupavocado
1tomatosliced
1tspsalt
½cupred onions
½cupbrocolli
Preparation
Spread hummus over bread slices. Divide sandwich ingredients over two of the slices, season lightly with salt to taste.
Top with remaining slices. Serve immediately.
