Ingredients
1Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Nacho Supreme,(1 box)
1onion,diced
1lblean ground beef
½green pepper,diced
½red pepper,diced
1cupfresh corn,or frozen, defrosted if frozen
1cupblack beans,canned , rinsed and drained
2cupswater
tomato,diced
sour cream
cilantro
Preparation
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain well.
Add 2 cups of water, seasoning mix, and pasta.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced red and green peppers, corn, and black beans.
Cover and simmer for an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of the water is gone.
Remove from heat and stir in the Velveeta cheese sauce pouch. Top with salsa and desired toppings.
Serve immediately.
