Ingredients

½cupfish sauce

½cuprice wine vinegar

1cupsugar

¼cupshallots,finely chopped

2garlic cloves

¼tspred pepper flakes

1tbspfresh cilantro,chopped

1tbspfresh mint,chopped

Preparation

In a bowl, stir together the fish sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, cilantro, and mint with 2 tablespoons of water

Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Stir, drizzle onto salads, and serve. Enjoy!
