Ingredients

¼cupGreek yogurt,plain

¼cupmayonnaise,such as canola oil mayo

1tbsplemon juice

½tspsalt

fresh ground black pepper

1chicken breast,cooked, diced

2celery stalks,chopped

1apple,chopped

1cupgrapes,halved

1cupwalnuts,toasted, chopped

6Boston lettuce leaves

Preparation

Place the walnuts on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Cool.

In a small mixing bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together.

In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, celery, apple, grapes, walnuts, and the dressing.

Spoon into lettuce cups and serve immediately.
